After reading all the info we got in the past and these recent interviews it's clear that SP was the main factor in destroying the romance part, which also affected non-romantic plots of the manga. They started destroying the canon stories with their bias for oppai secondary character in those fillers AND canon anime 166 was it?

It seems to me like the success of the series is thanks to that first editor of naruto manga. When the guy left the story started to degrade until it turned to utter bullsh**. It's clear when your read these recent interviews that hiretsu-kun is quite an incompetent writer. The dude doesn't know kitten what he writes about. And if it wasn't for that editor and assistant who wrote that novel about Gutsy Ninja / Blood Prison (and other editors/people he mentioned helped him with some ideas) I don't think this series would be as successful as it is.

Just look at the retcon that is the last! If what hiretsu-kun says is true and he was rewriting parts of script and supervising it then it just shows what a terrible writer he is! Don't give this guy too much credit.

If they actually do that, there better be a back story to how Naruto and Sakura got together in that AU.

Majority of fandom (especially non-shippers) was okay and accepted the last chapters, which confirms they will not change the endgame pairings. It's the fraud/false marketing/sh*tty plot of the movie that they are raging against. I'm pretty sure that if the movie was less shoujo-like and would have more action / team 7 + Kakashi dynamic the majority of fandom would be alright. Sad but true.

But in all seriousness, Yahoo! mustn't delete content unless it goes against their terms of use. At this point they're basically oppressing human rights. Liberty of speech? Yeah, right.

Never thought a side character who was there only for fanservice purpose and didn't really influece story that much (like, really, the story wouldn't suffer but maybe even benefit without that fodder around) would destroy this very story along with it's main characters and their respective developments. Mess.
