1) Jiraiya ( I know his death helps in developing Naruto character but he still could teach naruto the sage jutsu if he still alive)
2) Minato ( sadly Kushina must die in sacrifice for kyuubi but I wish Minato was alive when he seal the kyuubi in Naruto and able to help him in controlling it)
