I could very easily see Sakura acting that way with her and Naruto's children.Your statement actually makes me think of this pairing debates going on and about. Even with some of her doubts, for me, Sakura is a much more Stronger willed woman than Hinata. Her doubts and fears just give her bigger depth compared to Hinata who just thinks of Naruto and poof she's A-OK. This just adds another reason to why Sakura is a great character. She's believable, you can actually relate to her somewhat.
