Well let's be honest here, for her to be a Mary Sue, her charactor would have to have been developed enough for her to be a recongisable charactor, all we know about her is, she is shy, polite likes Naruto, lacks confidence and only gets serious when she thinks about Naruto. We don't even know how she acts with her teammates. The fact we haven't even seen them in any scenes so far does give you an indication of how important she must think they are.
I suppose I see your point there. 
And her list of precious people/things probably goes something like this:
1. Nardo-kun
2. Nardo-kun's hands
3. Everyone else
