Saw the spoilers on 4chan and checked the chapter.

Even Sarada wonders if Sakura and Sasuke are married.

Hinata-hime-sama didn't even appear in this chapter.

Well now that he ruined SS he just needs to ruin NH and than all pairings will be kitten.

I would like to read it or at least browse through it. No way in hell am gonna pay it. By the way is the Kakashi novel available free online?

Something regarding the OOC-ness of everybody in 700

Hey guys! I'm here to post my theory about chap 700.
Lots of Naruto fans are quitting and losing hope from this series without realizing Kakashi-sensei's teachings "A ninja must see underneath the underneath."
Okay, so I'll start with George Smith post about Oda's "One Piece" tribute to "Naruto". George says that Luffy calls Naruto "Menma" but it's in some interview, but that's not really important. We can see Luffy eating ramen and then Nami is hiding Naruto who's eating pork... Menma is pork slices on ramen... This tribute was shown when chap 699/700 was out. So we get to see Nanadaime Hokage completely OOC from the Naruto we all know. But now think with me. What about if the Hokage-sama isn't Naruto but Menma? Menma is more serious then Naruto, it fits why this Hokage doesn't smile the "Naruto grin". And if he really is Menma, Kushina never gave him her "Last Words" to not marry a weird girl. We can assume too that he never fought for the Ninja System and the Pain Cycle, that explains why he is busy and doesn't have time to his kid. Menma belongs to RTN world, right? Think about the other characters now:
- Looking to Sakura, who was always getting lectured by her mother for not cleaning, we see 700!Sakura cleaning a house.
- RTN!Kiba didn't get along with Akamaru and he wished he had a cat instead. 700!Kiba is shown talking with "cat girl" with his yard full of cats getting annoyed by Akamaru once again.
- RTN!Ino was a introverted and shy girl almost hiding her face with her hair. 700!Ino when talking to Karui she says "Karui-san", that kind of speech is used by Hinata who also is very shy and introverted.
- RTN!Tenten was shown to be a unlucky, old look and bored girl. What do you see on 700!Tenten?
What I get from this chapter is that Kishi wanted to give a closure to this characters too.

We know that the mess had already been done, but I just thought that it's worth to be debate and ponder over

There's only one big problem and that is Hinata. She was dressed normally not flashy like she was in RTN. Also her character was motherly and not manipulative like in RTN.

No what I think is that because Kishi in a way wrote his story so that there won't be any conflict on a character level and world level then he had to do something in order for part 3 to have some intrigue. So he fabricated flaws that weren't there:

Naruto's behavior

No idea what happened to Orochimaru and co.

Ino trying to continue tradition even thou the world is loosing interest in ninjas
