Robert Bowling the community manager released a Twitter about it. Honestly though, this was such a slamdunk for them but they screwed it up. Not just the PC but the X360 version too. I have both. Host Migration works half the time and the constant exploits like the javelin glitch. What's even worse is the fact that the PC version didn't have these issues with CoD4 and now its does. They totally dropped the ball.

Much props to you, Blossoms for even mentioning rare ones like Sky Commander. I have several international ones that I think many would not understand like Manzinger Z and Voltes 5. There's probably another 5-10 that I can't recall the titles to.
