Here's my explanation: Salada is actually Karin and Sasuke's child adopted by Sakura..and Bolt is Naruto and Sakura's true child. Himichawa is Hinata's daughter by another man and only has the whiskers because Hinata had the Kyuubi transferred into her at some point.

Or she just drew them on with a marker to live out her fantasy.  :chuckle:
