All I Want For Christmas is NaruSaku



Since it's been two entire weeks in the manga without any NaruSaku moments and there's no guarantee that we'll get it in the manga for Christmas, I thought that we should make sure that we get some NaruSaku on our own.

So (with some risk of contest burnout between these two clubs), it's time for another NaruSaku contest!

The contest theme is holiday songs. All entries should be inspired by a holiday song - and it doesn't have to be just Christmas, but anything for this holiday season. It doesn't need to specifically include the song or overtly reference the lyrics. Here's a short list of holiday songs as suggestions to get you started, but you are welcome to use other songs.

• Deck the Halls
• Frosty the Snowman
• I'll Be Home For Christmas
• I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
• Let it Snow
• Silent Night
• Sleigh Ride
• White Christmas
• Winter Wonderland

There are four categories.

• AMVs - Crackers
• Fanarts - TwilightLink20xx
• Fanfics - Kanae
• Graphic Adaptations (banners, avatars, etc.) - Aldo Raine

The submission deadline will be December 31 at midnight EST. You will be determining the winners again by poll and those polls will be opening on January 2nd.

Be sure to PM the category manager with your submission as well as posting it in the FC.

Prizes
There are three prizes for each category. First place gets first choice, second place gets the second choice and third place gets the the remaining prize. One prize is a NarutoForums special for one month- a larger avatar or special effects for your user name or custom user title. The other two prizes are physical items and if you are under 18, you need to provide parental permission to provide your shipping address.

By "Graphic Adaptions", I take it you mean comics/doujinshi? It'd be interesting to give that a try, but I'm not sure if I would have the free time to plan and draw a whole story. Can it be as long/short as you like (within reason)?

Graphic adaptations actually means stuff like banners and avatars that are based on someone else's artwork or on a manga panel or anime screen capture. (AMVs would techically fit that bill most of the time, but they're a different sort of beast than the others.

I didn't really figure on getting a doujinshi submission. I guess that'd be a fanart? Or maybe that should get broken out as well.

I don't think you need to worry about a doujinshi from me, I won't have the time for that. Work is crazy right now. D: The most I can do will be either a 1-page comic or a single picture, and I'm sure those would be just fine in fanart? *eyes Sakura keyring* (As if I have a chance of winning XD)

BTW, going for a 4 chapter fic. Will at least get one chapter done. Sadly, I have to finish them all before Dec. 18th cause that's when I go on vacation and will have no internet.
