Seeing as we have a thread for pretty much every other major sport I'd figure we should have one for the NBA as well.

Being a Wizards fan sure isn't great this season. Going from four straight years in the playoffs to the worst team in the NBA currently. Injuries have plagued the team and we still lack a good center. Arena's has had multiple injures over the last year or so and while Jamison and Butler have been playing good, they can't play good team ball on the level they have been previous years. The only thing to look forward to is getting ping pong balls for the lottery pick.

Oh well still have just about over half a season to play.

So favorite team? Player? Who's making the play offs? Best team in the NBA? Current news, etc, etc;

76ers, its nice to know that even though we suck, we can make the playoffs thanks to a league that lets more than half of the teams in the league make the playoffs

Haven't got into the news on Kidd being trade off yet but...

Uh.... He was traded to Dallas last year for Devin Harris and several other players. The Mavericks have looked old and slow ever since not to mentioning giving up two draft picks. You can have him if you give us Devin Harris back.....

I think that most of Dallas now wishes you were the GM of New Jersey. We'd do that in a heartbeat. The problem is....Kidd isn't what he used to be. Now he's a huge contract with no defense. He's not horrible by any means, but Kidd's a shell of his former self.

Oh yeah All-Star weekend! One of the best events in sports! Looking forward to the 3 point and Slam Dunk contest tonight. Dwight Howard is always great to see!

While the NBA is now 3rd among my favorite leagues, they definetly have the best All Star Festivities and games
