Yeah My best friends mom is older than his dad by 5 years!! So i if Sakura's older by few months than him it's nothing weird either wrong.

Let's just say Naruto was born in October of "Year 1." (<- Konoha's year system should be B.N. [Before Naruto] and what ever the latin abbrieviation of "In the year of our idiot" is. XD)
Then Sakura could've been born in March of "Year 2."
I personally don't see anything wrong with her being older if she is...
My G-maw is older than my G-paw.

Nothing wrong with dating an older woman. In fact I prefer it! Not that I don’t turn away women younger then me either (well to a point, they’s got to be legal). Aaliyah said it best when she said age an’t nothing but a number..well sides NaruTsu..that’s just ..ew..
