This website used to have a fanfiction section, what happened to that?

When I used to browse this website back in 2008 - 2010, there used to be a fanfiction section. Like an actual fanfiction browser where people submitted their stories, you could apply filters to look for stories of certain ratings/word coumt, etc. What happened to it? Am I missing something?

I think smiter tried to bring it back but couldn't in the new format or something.

That would be so awesome if there were a fanfiction section like that... I hope someone can bring it back

Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.

Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.

I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

When we moved to the new server and updating the forums, we lost the fanfiction section. Smiter tried to include in but it wouldn't work due to the new coding.

 

I missed it to this day, we had some good stories and some, *ahem* raunchy lemons *cough*. :hehehe:

I knew this place used to have a fanfic section, but for the life of me I could never figure out where it was, yet when it was announced it didn't make the migration to new servers, I still missed it.

I personally enjoyed the round robin story we did.

Yeah so per my usual habit, I've just done my 1-2 year revisit of this site with the interest of finding my old fanfictions and once again found myself disappointed with this missing section of the site. Like the OP, I first found these forums about a decade ago when that function was the primary draw, and I spent a considerable amount of time writing a number of fics ranging from one-shots to novella length that I have long since lost my personal files for. I recall having a relatively long PM discussion with Smiter about it a couple years ago. He had mentioned the issue with not being able to include them due to coding, but at the time seemed to be confident about a solution. Does anyone know anything about that? I would absolutely love the chance to got back and reread mine and others' work. I haven't had the opportunity to comb through the other topics yet, so forgive me if this has an obvious answer somewhere in there.
