The game developers should give an option of an alternate ending. I mean surely some of them would have to know how bad 699 and 700 are, but I know it's just wishful thinking.

You talking about the same people who did the Hinata date mission in UNS3 and the Hinata centric mecha Naruto story where Naruto keeps getting jelous because the robot has a crush on Hinata? Yeah no, they are too busy putting The Last in the game.
