But it doesn't stop them from trolling.
I guess if we don't like kishi as an author. Just don't read any of his work.

I would be lying if I said I don't want to slap Kishi across his face, but this seems an bit of an exageration. What japanese fans should do is to make sure not to buy related marchandise anymore.

Really...Japan has a more serious problem now dealing with his economy, and the fact that they're Bank just did something absolutely crazy...but rioting over a manga? Pfffftttt

I'd like some proof. Rioting over a manga is kinda ridiculous, especially considering politeness is a major component of Japanese culture. The only time they protest is when there is a very good reason. My guess is the most we'll see is a boycott of the Last movie

Actually this might be a blessing. The more protests and signs of discontent will help get our message across.
Even though I've admitted defeat, I have a strong feeling that later on, maybe in a year or so, Kishimoto is going to come out and say that he regrets making this ending. Because anybody can blatantly see that there's no heart in it. None.
Somebody mentioned Evangelion and they ended up re-creating the entire series.
So yeah, keep the protests coming. It may change the already end game as we know it.

I'm honestly really curious to see how Naruto fans from japan reactions to the end of the manga. I was always under the impression that most were NS shippers. That and I've been wanting to see a reviewer on youtube who didn't like the ending. I've been hearing about people that don't ship any couples that were upset as well. I'd love to have access to some links if anyone knows of any.

Maybe Japan has some very loose false advertisement and emotional distress laws? Otherwise, they don't have a case, haha

Ehhh this may not be as intense as rioting but I know some Japanese fans of the anime Free! fought over posters/merchandise of the character Makoto Tachibana. There were pictures of it too hahaha. So yes, politeness is emphasized, upheld, and highly regarded, but then again--like everything--there are some exceptions to this cultural disposition

Actually Hideki Anno was never truly happy with the way Evangelion turned out, so he wanted to redo the series for a long time now.
