The fanfiction I've read for this is scary xD
Why do people NOT ship these two? I just don't get it.
Probably cause they hate Sakura. When she's probably the most developed female character in the whole show.
I respect Hinata, but Sakura deserves some too.

haha i do agree with u. But some people would call it brother sister relationship or grandma grand son relationship . As naruto reminds tsunabe about her brother. Or becuz naruto calls her granny

In the game Naruto Ninja Storm 2, this pairing is semi-canon if you read the letters between Naruto and Tsunade. Tsunade keeps ordering to Naruto giving her private back rubs alone.
