Not sure about that. Obito said something about it being temporary. Its not clear whether its Obito's spirit using Sharingan eyes or he transfered them to Kakashi permanently. We have to wait till next chapter.

Well that kinda did happen but it wasn't Obito who took the eye, and Obito just gave Kakashi both his Sharingans.

The moment your eyes evolve into the Mangekyou, they begin a slow and unavoidable descent into blindness. Without the implantation of another's eyes to negate the visual strain caused by this advanced stage of the Sharingan, the most you'll be able to do is slow the process down. Obito accomplished this by incorporating Zetsu material into his body.

Kakashi alluded to the prospect that he was gradually losing his sight when facing Itachi. There isn't any reason to believe that this process isn't ongoing. In fact, Obito might have reinforced this fatal weakness in the recent chapter - if so, Kakashi's newly acquired Susanoo and eyes are only temporary gifts.

Ironically, the fact that Kakashi now has MS in both eyes could lead to him being rendered completely devoid of his eyesight. Naruto would have to either materialise a pair of eyes for him or he'll just have to adjust to his inability to see.

I don't think this will be adressed in the future. We will see if Kakashi will have bleeding eyes in the next chapter. But the fact that Naruto grew Kakashi's eye back might have made him imune to the effects of the mangekyou or if Kakashi is loosing his eye sight Naruto can again come and heal his eyes.
