Hm. Well, I own the first three volumes of Bleach and have watched some episodes of the anime. I've seen and read much more of Naruto.
But I'm not sure I'd say one is better than the other, despite that. I haven't watched enough of Bleach to decide that, and I don't think I'm really interested in comparing them.
I've seen series that I'd say were better than both.

That's a hard choice because both of them suck now. But I'll choose Naruto because Bleach is so bad now.

I don't watch/read Bleach. I saw a few episodes but it just never really caught my interest, so I'll say I prefer Naruto between the two, but Naruto is far from being my favorite manga/anime.

I think this thread should be moved to Otaku Square.
Anyway, neither of them is my favorite manga. They never were.
If I had to choose between one of them... I started to read them around 2004 -I think-, before Naruto Part II started. I read first several volumes of Naruto and then I checked Bleach. I thought the first chapters of Bleach were better or more interesting than Naruto's first chapters.
However I have lost interest on both. I quit Bleach after reading volume 42 and I do not feel drawn to pick it again, so I do not even know what is happening right now.
So I can not tell right now what is my favorite series, or more accurately, which I think it is less bad.
Do you want to take over the world, huh? Well, you'll have to go through us first!

I found myself hating Bleach on the first episode. So I'd have to say Naruto for this.

Before the war arc, would I be asked this question, I would have said Naruto with no hesitation. As it is now, I have to grudgingly go with Bleach. Admittedly, I've missed a decent chunk of Bleach's story, so I'm going more on the basis of which series has disappointed me less here.

In terms of anime - Naruto... Bleach got too messed up chronologically. In terms of Manga... I was pretty much done with Bleach after Rukia's rescue. Just didn't care too much for the Arrancars and now basically this:
I lost interest in Bleach when I find out Ichigo is literally an ultimate super saiyan God.
I'm just following to finish it now. Sadly, it's getting very similar for the Naruto manga too.

They're both super saiyans now, but Naruto(the series) is a little better. I tried to read Bleach after the anime ended, but it was a 'meh'.
