Most sources are saying it's on break it happens sometimes that they don't mention they are on break like the last chapter of each year, they never say they are off for 3 weeks.

Golden Week is the last week of April to the first week of May it is a string of 4 national holidays in Japan so most people just get the whole week off it occurs once a year of course as such but there are other breaks in manga production usuually due to other national Japanese holidays Oban festival and new years come to mind

 

all weekly manga are on break right now it is that big a deal in Japan :)

No the chapter will be out around 7th may, it's the 24th edition of SJ that will be out on 12th may. But the chapter will be out for us before.
