I'm pretty sure a fan made it. I haven't seen it in any episode so far. Though I could be wrong and maybe it's from a opening or ending.

Yes, is a filler I do not remember the episode, but is the arc when Asuma dies. Unfortunately Sakura is looking to Shikamaru for admiration. I think Tsunade and she were talking about him. Then the fans put Naruto there for that gif.

Though to be fair and well, kudos from me to studio but they have provided really good amount of NS materials for amv that doesn't need much manipulation.

I think we should make a general 'where is this from?' thread, that way when anyone finds something but isn't sure where it's from, they can just post it there instead of making new threads for it all of the time.
