most of the fillers looked really dumb though, especially the ARC fillers >:T

the best quality was

part1---> sasuke vs naruto, when jiraiya was training naruto how to summon boss frog, and sasuke vs orichimaru(chunin exams)

part2--> sakura vs sasori(end)......sasuke vs deidara.....sasuke vs danzo....sasuke vs Bee.....sasuke vs itachi......naruto(kyuubi) vs pain....kakashi and obito vs ninja.....and that one filler with konohamaru....then again naruto(kyuubi) vs orochimaru looked cool when it started out :o

...dang...sasuke gets the good animation....XD.....

most of the cool episodes are in part 2.

but part 1 was consistent and had good animation :3

worst quality...that one omake with sakura looking at a magazine and beating up sai :3

Nothing will be more horrible than the animation they had for episode 167 of Shippuden, it's like they used up the whole budget for the other episodes and had to rely on cheaply drawn cutouts or something.

Can't name any episodes off the top of my head, however the opening song for the fillers right now makes my eyes bleed. It's by far some of the worst animation I've seen. It's pointless factor makes it worse. As for the best quality I really like the animation during sage Naruto and Pain fight.

Were those the ones with the flat nose effect and looking more cartoony than usual?

Can't name any episodes off the top of my head, however the opening song for the fillers right now makes my eyes bleed. It's by far some of the worst animation I've seen. It's pointless factor makes it worse. As for the best quality I really like the animation during sage Naruto and Pain fight.

I actually like it. It's a pretty jolly theme. And DON'T FORGET the NS moment!!!

Well, duh.... Pierrot always gives preferential treatment to Hinata and Sasuke.

Are we talking about the Filler filled Canon episode with Hinata's flashbacks they stole from Sakura's past? I still don't understand how anyone would bully the hieress of the most powerful clan in the Village.

Yes, that's the episode I'm referring and I remember that scene too harry, Pain tried to copy Sonic and ended up failing, in fact I still have that exact gif of Pain running on the water to show my certain fandom friends just how terrible the animation was:

Nope. they wanted to portray a filler romantic prince rescues princess scenario with Naruto and Hinata. Yeah It's true why bully the heiress of one of the noble familes especially if they could socially (and physically) destroy you, but on a personal level maybe because Hinata non assertive or aressive type so they thought she wouldn't retaliate. Anyways that is COMPLETELY thrown off.

Well, I think the Zabuza and Haku fights back in part 1 had great animation, same goes for the Gaara vs. Deidara and Sakura and Chiyo vs. Sasori fights in Shippuden.

As for the worst animation, I definetly agree with [b]Toasty[b] that Naruto Shippuden 167 had the worst animation ever. It's like they spent the entire animation budget on the previous episode and then had to get one of their interns to quickly stitch something together.

Basically replace Sakura with Hinata and replace Ino with Naruto and there you go, though I'm not sure if he was being teased because of her eyes or not. Major plothole was the fact she had gaurds at the time, who can use Byakuyan when they are not close to her, to make sure she's safe and none of her gaurds thought to use them...We all knew Hinata had a tough life, but this was because of the pressure of being the heir of the Hyuuga clan and how much her father was pushing her in her training, she was not bullied and nothing in the manga to my recollection suggests otherwise.

Well in all honesty her history wasn't expanded enough anyway. POINT is this is a LIE to the manga! No such thing happened Hinata just saw Naruto at the academy and observed how hard he works.

For best animation, Khm... there are too much so really don't know. And for worst is definitively the fight between Pain x Naruto. Disaster animation! I would have done better.

i wish the animators would stop favoring sasuke.

i mean naruto is the STAR!! i would LOVE to see him in awesome animation!! at least when hes fighting!!

but theres not that many times he is.......he only got awesome animation....in the flashbacks, Ova, or when sasuke is around him.

i can't remember a specific battle that had him looking cool in animation. (super cool...like itachi vs sasuke cool)
