Welcome to H&E! I hope this helps, but if I remember correctly, to submit a literary piece in our library, you have to register and go to your account settings in the library, where there will be many options such as manage stories, add new series, and add new story. You click on the "add new story" link, which will show you to your update options, which includes the categories-- Valentines and White day Contest. You upload the file, and voila! Mission accomplished. ^^
