Comparing him to Jose Canseco? The guy is a joke. Canseco was knocked out by the Sports Director for my local news, despite him having an advantage in Height.

At least "Tommy" is a Black Belt and is experienced in a discipline. I remember MMA fans scoffing at a former pro wrestler (also won a Wrestling national championship in college) who became an MMA fighter and called him a pretender, he is now a Heavyweight Champion.

Im not saying Jason's gonna be the next big thing, but he could probably win some matches against some lower-tiered fighters if he's really dedicated to it.

You know what made him the most awsome Power Ranger? It wasn't that hw was green. It wasn't that he was green, it wasn't that he his dagger doubled as a flute, or that his Zord was a Dragon.

It was those AWESOME SHOULDER PADS!!

But seriously it's nice to see actors from my childhood still getting work. (God I'm getting old) I guess this makes him the second best off old Power Ranger (The other being the second Black Ranger Johnny Yong Bosch who voices Ichigo from Bleach and Vash from Trigun) that I know of. Good for him.

In retrospect, it is pretty funny. Still, it doesn't mean he's a phony. He was skilled in karate before, and he's just getting into a different sort of thing, to which I say good for him.

Although, after looking up their profiles...I have to say Jason is the one they should be afraid of. He's trained in SEVERAL martial arts! If those two fought for real back when they did the show together...I'm convinced Jason would come out on top.

If the teasing gets too much, he can just say "Hey, I just signed up for a kid's show, and it was fun in it's own goofy way. It's the past now."

Then again, coming back as the Black Dino Ranger in Dino Thunder probably didn't help matters much.

For his sake, I hope he does well. Otherwise, the teasing will get worse...

Will he come out in a green outfit? Even better if his first opponent comes out dressed like one of the evil mosters from Power Rangers. haha.

And he was my favorite because of the Dragon-zord.

That would be freaking hilarious to see, "Tommy" would be like "Where's my morpher?" and the other guy "Dude this is real life!", then again "Tommy" is skilled in martial arts so he could win some fights, but the guy is going to get teased to hell until he can state that he isn't joking around

Hes a black Belt in Karate so it could translate decently. But yeah if hes thinking about a serious career against some of the better competition hes got no shot. Unless you're a guy with alot of muscle and power, theres no way to seriously compete in any sport at 35.

He has a Sixth Degree Black Belt and teaches his own student in his own style of Martial arts too.IT'S CALLED Toso Kune Do I go to his school sometimes to wacth and they're really good too.
