I don't really like Sasuke with anyone, really. If I had to choose, I would say Sakura is probably who he would end up with. Maybe Karin. Or Ino. or Orochimaru. It just seems like to me that Sasuke would most likely die or end up alone.
Well, I guess Sakura and Itachi would have a pretty cute kid. I also agree that Sai and Sakura would have a cute kid. Of course, Naruto and Sakura too.
