Because just think about this kishi put sakura being badass so he can sneak this one panel of sakura saying "Sasuke kun" that is foreshadowing SS 
. Kishi is super sneaky 
. Sasuke going to end with the girl while Naruto the hero ends up with no one at all even though the manga is named after him.I predicted SS have twins with the sharingan, sasuke becomes hokage and naruto leaves konoha and dies old, gray and alone. Okay sarcastic mode off, I have 100% faith in NS.
