So what were your favorite games released from 2000-2009? Mine are:

1. Diablo II (PC)
   I spent years on this. The story was great, the customization was fantastic, and it was super addictive. It really got me into action RPGS.
2. Final Fantasy X (PS2)
   My second favorite Final Fantasy game in the series. The story was intriguing, the combat was fun (Sphere Grid was hard to use), and the cinematics were stunning.
3. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (PS2)
   What's there to say about the franchise that hasn't already been said? Great story, stealth action, and the cut scenes were great.
4. Pokemon: Yellow (GB)
   Not only do I get Pikachu, but also Charizard, Blastiose, and Venusaur? Hell yeah!
5. Half-Life 2 (PC)
   WHERE IS MY EPISODE THREE VALVE?!?
6. Halo 2 (Xbox)
   Despite what Halo has become today..the original was damn innovative and the multiplayer helluva lot of fun.
7. Kingdom Hearts (PS2)
   Disney and Square Enix characters together? East and West combine for pure awesomeness.
8. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2)
   I really liked the environment in Vice City, but the improvements and story pushed this one over the edge.
9. Counterstrike Source (PC)
   Arguably my favorite shooter of all time.
10. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (PS2)
    So many favorite characters from two great franchises. Sure a bunch of the characters were broken, but didn't stop me from having a blast (literally).

A lot of my choices are for nostalgia purposes, but can't help it since they were all damn fun.
