I was kind of on the fence after the last two chapters, but after this, I'm definitely done with Kishimoto.  I won't be reading any more of his work.

Over the years I never really saw eye-to-eye with all the "Kishimoto is sexist" claims.... but now they're starting to look more and more right.

I want to think he's just an idiot and this was a very poor choice of words, because I kinda get the impression he's saying that every woman who has ever moved on from an ex-boyfriend is "terrible"....

Thanks, Kishimoto, for making me hate NARUTO and regret ever reading it.  Ciao.

Though everything is horrible, I would have to say the cherries on top of this whole s*** sundae are:

1.) Characters being paired up for NO reason other than for them to make kids and set up their stupid "NARUTO BABIES" spinoff.

2.) The fact that we're apparently expected to see a movie to make sense out of any of this.

It actually reminds me of how a few recent video games have had the "true ending" locked behind DLC (Ironically, one of those games was Asura's Wrath, a game that Kishimoto seems like he was inspired by for some of the later chapters in the series).  It's just awful.

This spinoff is going to crash and burn, btw.  Just like Dragon Ball GT and season 9 of Scrubs.  Any time something is continued past the "ending" just for the sake of continuing it and making more money, nobody cares.  They're too smart for that.

Kishimoto could have ended NARUTO on a high note, but it seems he instead chose to ride this thing off into the sunset until it no longer makes money.  What a damn shame.
