Yes.
Good Behaviour for 6+ months: The ban system is reset to the 7-day stage or the beginning, depending on how far the offender went in the system.
Good Behaviour for 1 year: The ban system is reset to the beginning.
The rules are right here: http://www.narusaku....?showtopic=2663
And I moved this to this thread because it doesn't need a new thread to itself.
If you need to ask the mods and admins how they do things, just put it there.

You know...I actually just thought of this: Why can users not close a thread they made themselves? There were a few threads I made a while back and realized shortly after that they weren't needed due to another thread already being open somewhere else. I just find it kind of weird we can't close our own threads...
It's really just an OCD problem more than anything lol. Never hurts to ask.

Just reposting my response from the Deleting Threads thread, since questions about whether the OP can delete a thread was asked here as well:
We generally don't delete threads because of inactivity. Eventually, they get locked, when it's clear the will not be active again. Ususally the only time we will delete a thread is if the user has duplicated one, has created one by mistake, or if it is a trolling or spamming one. We try to merge threads as often as possible in order not to lose someone's posts.
I understand how users could think that old or inactive threads might be cluttering up the site, but don't worry, they're not. People go back and read them, look for old posts or resurrect them if the manga swings back around to that topic. It happens very frequently. And other users like to be able to go back and pull out old posts if they've written a particularly good one, look for previously discussed topics, find old images, translations or fanfiction links. So we try to keep those available as long as possible for all the users. It's not cluttering up the site, just think of it as a sort of site archive.
And that's why we lock threads but don't delete them — so users can go back and see old discussions without the ability to comment (which distracts from current discussion). So don't worry about inactive threads — they can just fade away happily until we lock them.

Somebody might of asked this already but I'm too lazy to read all of the pages. xD What did it take for you guys to become mods?
We had to swear to be Smiter's puppets. If we disobey him, he will kill everyone we love.
Actually. We were just long time respected members that he could trust when the time came for new moderators/admins.

it sparked by curiosity how one minute it was fine then he/she's gone.
When we discover that an account is a sock puppet -- that is to say, a second account created by an established user for the purpose of avoiding a disciplinary action or to post "anonymously" -- the account is banned.

Oh, thank you! I didn't realize that. Once again, thank you for your time!

Hello concerned Moderators.
I wanted to know if there is a way to block the signatures of any member from loading. Some signatures are causing a lot of problems like lagging the browser, reducing my network download speed and consuming a lot of bytes of download.
I know there is an option available to ignore the signature but I think it only hides the signature instead of stopping it from loading.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Well, you can use the ignore signature option, but I can also look into creating a "sigless" version of our skin for people who don't want to see any signatures at all. I'm currently really busy with a couple of things at the moment, but I can look into it from next Sunday.
