Sleepy...and happy because I was told that I actually wasn't a bother to someone, whom I had thought that I was honestly starting to become a bother to ^^
And, they also confirmed something for me that I already knew...but needed to hear again, because as they know, I tend to think a little too darn much for my own good sometimes XD

Pain...lots and lots of pain XDD;;
I was at the arcade tonight, doing my usual Friday night routine of wowing teh crowds, with mah l337 DDR and Pump It Up dancing skillzorz >D
And, so I was doing this complicated series of steps on the Pump It Up dance machine, that at the very end required you to step on 4 steps at the same time...and of course...I dun have 4 legs XDD;
So, what I usually do for this move is to hit 2 arrows with my two legs...my left foot on the back left arrow, and my right foot on the back right arrow, and then I drop down and hit the front left arrow with my left hand, and the front right arrow with my right hand...it's an instant crowd pleaser >3
And, I usually always nail that move just right ya know...and usually get a PERFECT on it...but this time...oh ho boy...did I pwn myself this time around XD;
So, I dropped down into a crouch to hit the 2 front arrows...and I hit them...perfectly...but then my thumb on my right hand slipped forward just a little too much on the dance pad, and ended up bending like almost all the way back!
Talk about experiencing intense pain ;____;
But, of course I played it all off, and the crowd never knew that I had just busted the living sh** outta mah finger! 8D
Lol, and so then I packed up all of my stuff as soon as I was done with the last song, and hightailed it outta there! ;O
Lol, and then wouldn't you know it, Yoko called me on my cell just as I was making my very hasty escape, and she got to hear me biatching, moaning, and cursing about mah busted up finger XDD
And, then joy of joys, I then realized that I now had to actually drive myself back home, with a finger that was now swollen, and a very interesting shade of dark-blue and purple...fun 8D
Lol, but I somehow managed to get back home in one piece, and stuck the finger into a large cup full of lots and lots of freezing cold ice, to try to make the swelling go down a bit
I can't move the finger much without experiencing a crapload of pain, but I don't think that the finger is broken...just perhaps badly sprained/bruised...or at least...that's what I'm hoping! XDD;;
And, I just had to type this whole entire post using my left hand, which I SUCK at using XDD
*Is right-handed ftw* 8D
And, so ends another fabulous Friday night for Shauna in Sunny South Florida! Tune in next week to see if I can't somehow manage to bust up another finger or two...or perhaps maybe even a couple of toes! 8D
