Seriously, I don't imagine this kind of conversation between the two.

By the way, Shikamaru can make great speech when he find the need. Just remember the scene after Naruto learn that Jiraya is dead, it was Shikamaru that help Naruto to 'move on' so that Naruto could help them decoding Jiraya's code.

Personnally, I really like Shikamaru in the role of Naruto's confident...but I still doubt that it will be about women...Shika maybe is a genius, but he isn't when it come about that

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said? XD

Some people have expressed how disappointed they were in Sakura's character, but I think she's doing just fine. Her inability to kill Sasuke just shows how human she is, and provides a contrast with Sasuke. Sakura is unable to kill, because Sasuke was a huge part of her life. He was her first love, and they did share a bond as Team 7. Sakura's got a big heart. Even Kakashi couldn't bring himself to kill Sasuke, and he's a former ANBU with several kills on his belt.

Compare that with Sasuke. He has shown a willinginess to kill Sakura and Karin, despite the times/bonds he shared with them. He also threatened to kill Kakashi. By comparing Sasuke's attitude with Sakura and Kakashi's reluctance, Kishimoto is showing just how far Sasuke has fallen into the darkness. Even Sasuke's memories have become warped and twisted by his anger, his hate. What was an innocent scene with the Rookies laughing and smiling, was warped into mocking laughter in Sasuke's eyes.

Naruto's Dynamic Entry is easily the most awesome in recent memory. I can just see Sakura healing that cut on his cheek while she's still in his arms, and letting her fingers linger...

I'm not sure what Naruto will say/do. I hope it won't be something that makes me ram my PC keyboard through my monitor. He'll probably say he still regards Sasuke as his brother, but he will defend Konoha and those he loves with his life. He'll most likely say he heard about the Uchiha Massacre (well, Madara's side of it) and promise he'll find out the truth, whatever it is. Whatever happens, I don't see Sasuke sticking around for very long.

It's curious Naruto's no longer in Sage Mode. Has he already decided not to fight, or something? Then again, Sage Mode on a half-blind Sasuke might be overkill... After all, it took out Pain (and how).

Does anyone have anything else to say? I think we pretty much analysed everything, made future predictions and so on. How about maybe another laugh from Sasuke in the next chapters at Naruto? I can see that happening. xD

yes,we have discussed the hell out of this topic but I have one more thing to add,I think everyone is overestimating the impact of Sasuke being Sakura's first love I mean they were 11 or 12, Maybe I'm just jaded but how many of you honestly remember who you had a crush on in 6th or 7th grade? I am probably older than most of you so maybe your experiances are "fresher" than mine but from 11 to 16 is quite a jump in the level of maturety,so who you "love" when you are 11 is a whole lot different than who you love when you are 16,Just a thuoght.

I have said it dozens of times Sakura only had a silly school girl crush on Sasuke she was just following the crowd of fan girls nothing more. Perhaps she has come to think that her crush for him was more than just a crush and kept telling herself that she love him. But in truth she was confuse because she really didn't know how to express love she was pretty shallow back then.

When I first read the chapter I was very surprised by the ending, but in a way I'm glad Naruto did save Sakura.

I found Sakura and Karin's interaction very interesting. Karin reinforced Sauske's descent into darkness to Sakura. Sakura caused Kairn to shed tears with her sorrow, even though they are enemies. This could be how Karin will play a minor but pivital role in the outcome of this manga. Karin now knows that Sakura cares about Sauske, and she owes Sakura her life. Could this small but important piece of common ground cause her to somehow assit Sakura to save or destroy Sauske? Karin's healing abilities could play a major role if one of main characters from the Leaf (such as Naruto) was injured without Sakura nearby. This could also come into play if Sakura herself was badly injured without another medical ninja nearby. Assistance from Karin would be more impulsive than premeditated. I don't think Kishimoto will have Karin suddenly and inexplicably join the Leaf. But, I expect that she and the other two team members of team hawk could be nearby during the final showdown with Sauske. This seems more plausible than her being Sauske's love interest after he is somehow redeemed, since he nearly killed her.

That's what I love about Naruto... so many possibilities!

Karin is a good source of info but she's also have medical ability.

I wonder about Suigetsu and Juugo. As far as we know, they are where Sasuke have left them, capture and taking prisoner who know were.
