There's a rumour claiming that Charlie is also set to return, but I wouldn't put much stock into it. Apparently, the January issue of Famitsu confirms it, but we'll see when it comes out.

I won't hold my hopes for Charlie being confirmed. The guy is dead which gave a purpose for Guile to take it out on Bison in the series.

NEW ULTRAS Revealed!!

So far:

Ryu - Shinshoryuken (of course... I predicted that one)
Cammy - "CQC": very new... it looks like Cammy starts with the frankensteiner on her opponent and begin to pull some Nina snapping moves
C. Viper - I can't grasp the name but she starts flying and slam her opponent with a downward kick and grab him/her to start electrocuting
El Fuerte - A new wrestling style ultra with ends up having him twisting his opponent at the end

and if you can't see it properly on top of the scan -

Chun-Li - Kikosho
Sagat - Tiger Cannon
and I think that's either Akuma or Bison on the last image, can't tell either or because of the effect of the ultra.

Also brand new alternate costumes... so far, Chun-Li's not the best...

Did I hear the Shinshoryuken shall be present. I pissed some people off with that move in SF3. Oh and you guys need to watch out, I am picking up an arcade stick, and as such will be willing to fight any of you online to prove my supremacy!

Nice to see some new Ultras in SSF4. It'd also be sweet if they gave us more Super Combos to use at the same time, but all I can say is the game is shaping up nicely!

I'm not... keen on the new outfits. XD; I do see that they're firmly tongue-in-cheek, but some do look truly horrible.

The new ultras look interesting. They say Cammy's new CQC (surely it's Close Quarters Combat?) is a counter Ultra. Basically, you have to execute it at the precise moment your opponent attacks, which sounds demanding. I wonder if it will work against any move, or only against certain moves?

Dhalsim's new Ultra looks very painful! For a peaceful fellow, he's rather violent.

Bryon, I think I remember they said they were adding a third Super for each character? I could be wrong, though.

The game is definitely being rebalanced. It may not be perfect, but they're addressing the big issues such as Sagat.

Apparently, SSF4 will be released in Japan at the beginning of April, but it's not known if it'll be a worldwide release in the same week, or we'll have to wait...

I have seen it a lot at http://www.fightersgeneration.com/ and I gotta say, with how close it is, you'd think the Metsu Shoryuken would technically be Ryu's Shin Shoryuken. XD Even if he hasn't learned it yet from Gouken, the same principle applies.

I hope we get new Super Combos for the cast, Smiter! One to me isn't enough to have some fun! I'm also glad for new Ultra Combos to show off!

Ok... I really don't like the 3rd new costumes...

I already had explain about Chun-Li's
Zangief's just gives a heads up on Mecha-Zangief from the Vs. Series
Rufus' looks like he has Hsien-Ko's outfit from Darkstalkers
and Cammy's... c'mon now, a Bison outfit...

And its 2 Ultras not 3 as it said in the video (unless you're Gen whom looks like he's going to have about 4) and they all available at start, not ala SF3.

Now for "Close Quarter Counter"... us Cammy players is going to do some heavy training if its really a counter ultra once the game is out, its going to be one of those very risky moves...

Shinpuu Jinraikyaku looks very deadly... and looks very troublesome. The noobs will be crazy about it...

Damn... Zangief's looks very painful...

El Fuerte's is El Fuerte Ultra Spark (a 360 command move)
Cammy's is actually Cammy's Quick Combination (Close Quarter Counter sounded better)
Last scan where Chun-Li and Sagat were, that's Bison and his new Psycho Crusher (I presume Alpha 3 version ... I hope)

oh and the 3 spots on the Select screen are filled... and we still don't know who they are!!!

* The previously leaked characters are all said to be in the game. Dee Jay, T. Hawk, Dudley, Ibuki, Makoto, Adon, Cody and Guy. The new characters are rumored to be:
o Hakan - An Arabic grappler obsessed with oil.
o Juri - Evil Asian girl fighter working for Seth.
* All characters will have two Ultras. They will both be available at one time, not selectable like with Third Strike's Super Arts. The commands to execute your Ultras do not overlap.
o It sounds like the characters from Third Strike are set up with their prior Super Arts. They had three in that game, so one will be their Super and the other two their Ultras.
o Gen has four Ultras because of his two fighting styles. One of these is said to be an Air Ultra.
o All characters still have one Super, except Sakura who apparently has a Shinkuu Hadoken (Super Fireball) as well.
* Some characters will have Air Ultras.
* The Bonus Stages will be returning.
* This will be an exclusive arcade release at least for a few months.
* An official announcement is said to be coming at the Tokyo Game Show and on the Japanese Street Fighter 4 blog soon.
* Expect the return of the many familiar Supers, and a few new ones like Metsu Shoryuken. You'll see the return of Chun-Li's Kikosho (Super Fireball), Gouken's Denjin, Sagat's Tiger Cannon (Super Fireball).
* Ibuki has a run command.
* Guile has his Sonic Hurricane move from Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
* Dudley has his Chain combos from Third Strike, plus one additional Chain combo.
* Cody is the only character with an Alpha Counter and he still has his knife. He supposedly needs his knife to perform one of his Ultras.
* Rufus can cancel-break the last hit of his Spectacle Romance, or the launch kick of Space Opera Symphony.
* Guy has his Chain combos.
* Makoto has her Tanden Renki Super from Third Strike.
* Zangief is said to have a 720 degree motion Air Ultra called the Siberian Blizzard.
* The game takes place one year after Street Fighter 4.
* Dudley was searching for his car in Third Strike, in this game he's searching for a rose.
* T. Hawk's storyline involves him protecting Juni or Juli.
* Dhalsim's new Ultra is called the Yoga Shangri'la.
* There's a new gameplay system called Tadan Saving, the phrase implies a multi-hitting or multiple-level Focus Attack.
* The console characters are all said to be added to the upcoming arcade release, with the possible exceptions of Seth and Gouken.

OMG!!! That player mastered the jump cancel to Cannon Strike which is very hard to pull off. That expert combo at 6:13 was very deadly... all I can say is GODF***INGDAMN!!!

MAN!! XD Cody's Last Dread Dust is a wild Ultra Combo. Anyone also notice he used Dead End Irony as his Super Combo? For a while, I was assuming he'd be usin' Final Destruction, since it was his X-Ism Super Combo in Street Fighter Alpha 3. But then again, Rose uses Aura Soul Spark rather than Aura Soul Throw in SF4 and SSF4. So it's no worries. And I look forward to seeing more gmaeplay vids!

I see the big difference here being that the Metsu Hadoken is meant for combos, while the Metsu Shoryuken is just brutal in terms of damage when it comes to Ryu's Ultra Combos in Super SF4. But I can imagine some people will find combos for the Metsu Shoryuken since the principle of it is very much like the Shin Shoryuken in Street Fighter 3.
