I only posted the Rowling stuff cause it really was a shocker to see how an author would regret what they did years afterwards, aside from that joke Kishi interview, it's really bad that stuff like that cani happen and just rekindle old issues.

It's bad if people actually believe that fake interview with Kishi based on this but just saying it would be terrible if it occurred years later. I bet Kishi is satisfied with his writing though with many ns hints, this series has gone on longer than Harry potter so everything should be fine, Kishi hasn't seemed disappointed if he put in the recent ns stuff during the ten tails arc.

 

Naruto and Sakura's current bond took much time and patience from the beginning of part 1.  Regretting it is regretting a significant portion of the story.  The odds of that happening are slim really slim.  You can ease the mind of the possibility of how much effort was put in each case.  Ron and Hermoine to me wasn't really given all that much thought and effort.  However, the same could not be said of Naruto and Sakura.  By just looking at the manga, you can tell how much work was put into each of their development and their bond to each other.

 

Well, the worst case scenario in this is main focus on Obito's part but even then, I'm cool with it, which is good to know, because when it shifts focus, I'll be like "sigh" but in this case, I'm seriously interested. That said yes we should stay focus on Naruto or even Sasuke. Time is near. We'll see soon enough.

 

Aside from pairings, I;m looking forward to more character development for Sakura.  I believe Kishimoto said she was next after Kakashi.

 

Yes, but I think Kishi knows what hype he created last chapter. He knows what people expect. If he trolls us now by focusing on minor plots, he knows it will have a negative effect on the manga's popularity and sales.

Basically it would be a financial risk ;P

 

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if the chapter focused on Orochimaru and Taka finding a way to reach Sasuke, or at least get Karin to him.  With Naruto, Gaara basically needs to get him to a destination and that can be shown at the end of the chapter.

I just wonder what will be Sakura's character development and how much Kishimoto will do for her as we all know she needs some that involve Naruto. But I also wonder what he will do with her I mean this is Sakura time to shine to show what she can do, to show she is not useless, to show she cares for Naruto in away that she never did for Sasuke.

 

At least that is what I hope I mean there is so, so much that could happen.

oh Don't worry, that would be killing two birds in one stone. x) I'm sure Sakura realizing this would grant her some development.

I actually don't think that we'll be trolled. Not talking about not getting a NS moment, but I don't think this emergency will turn out to be nothing. It's the climax, so the next chapter will have to live up to the hype, or else the plot will never move. Kishi hit a wall a while back, so he decided to go left and right to give himself time(superlong flashbacks and generally slow phasing).

The whole situation really reminds me of what kubo did in bleach with the Aizen situation, the good guys put up a long fight and then we get a big steamrolling event. Kubo made Aizen powerful to the point no one could break him, then he gave Ichigo a one time powerup by temporal displacement, so in that pocket dimension he got another month or 2 to train and what would have been a long battle instead became a one time strike just to weaken Aizen for kiskae to finish it.

In this setup with Madara, the tailed beasts, and naruto and Sasuke being down, after it took the efforts of the whole allaince to bring down obito and the tree, Madara is literally the most powerful, loaded with the powers of the uchiha, sharigan, rinnegan, tailed beasts, gedo mazu, and sage mode. Literally even in combat, not only is Madara able to use any chakra type he can absorb normal chakra by the rinnegan, defend himself from sage chakra with his own even if he went into ten tails mode, and he can just auto heal. In the current frame of things, Kishi is trying to make a very dark situation, almost absolute hopelessness. If anything, Kishi is going full villian having a moment of triumph which is good, but now it's really how do naruto and Sasuke get out of this one, what does gaara take him, what will sakura do with narutos situation, and what will taka do with Sasuke?

You know, for heck of it, I see Hinata tripping as a karma effect. Don't leave the battlefield until someone pointed to. Granted you could argue, "Don't have to follow the mission incredibly" but still, Gaara is not taking Naruto to everyone and make them see his body. Oh well, that's my random thought of the day.

Dark knight is one of the best movies ever. Much better than that god awful older one with the joker seriously Tim Burton's batman had the joker shoot down the plane with an oversized revolver? I prefer batman tripping a truck.

When Hinata tripped, I actually didn't laugh at her for it. I think she tripped from exhaustion, but I definitely agree that that scene had some sort of symbolic meaning and intentions behind it. Hinata's appearance was obviously used as a plot device to emphasize that Naruto really is dying (slowed heartbeat and all that). It was all for drama, but her monologue about Neji protecting Naruto is interesting. Is she giving up that easily or what? I can't help but be surprised at that, considering how much the NaruHina fans argue she loves him so much. Yet, Sakura was the one who refused to give up and said he'd survive.

 

I feel that that whole Hinata/Sakura thing was deliberate. Hinata was left out of Naruto's "death", but somehow Sakura wasn't. And it seems like it was more intentional than just being a medic since Tsunade was suddenly out of chakra while Sakura wasn't. Whatever was in Kishi's mind, I think it's fairly interesting at how he set up. Even if it's not a gigantic NS moment, Kishimoto's definitely planning something that's for sure.

 

I wonder if I'm overthinking the Hinata/Sakura contrast, but it does make you think.
