The omission of japanese honorary suffixes is normal in the official foreign translations. Even in my land the Planet Manga overlooks the suffix like chan and kun since they are honorary suffixes. You can translate the suffix "-sama" as "Lord/Lady" and the "-san" as "Mr/Mrs/Miss" but when it's the turn of "-chan" and "-kun" you cannot translate them properly as well as they sound in japanese. You cannot translate "Sakura-chan" as "Little Sakura" or "Sasuke-kun" as...just would mean, nothing. It would clash a little.

No problem! So...

The one from Tsunade is:

百豪の術 (Byakugou no Jutsu) which means literally "Streght of a hundred technique"

The one from Sakura is:

白豪の印 (Byakugou no In) which means litellaly "Strenght of a white seal"

It's not the technique, it's a seal.

And it's written Byakugou, but given it's written in furigana, you pronounce it Hyakugou...

It's Byakugou seal, not Hyakugou no seal... Mangapanda and Mangastream just made epic fails.

I'm sure someone more proficient can make a better answer, but 百豪 and 白毫 are four completely different characters. A little something for quick reference:

 

In Japanese:

 

百 = One hundred.

豪 = Australian, writing brush, heroic.

 

白= White

毫 = Fine hair, a small quantity.

err... the kanjis are wrong here...

Tsunade's technique is 百豪の術 (Byakugou no Jutsu)

Sakura's technique is 白豪 の印 (Hyakugou no Jutsu)

As you can see it, the first Kanjis of both jutsu are different. That's Tsunade has 百 which means "100" while that's Sakura has 白 that means "white".

The second kanji is identical, 豪

So in conclusion, their techniques are pretty similar, only that their first kanji are different.

People, you haven't noticed that Sakura-chan has joined in the same circle where Mito and Tsunade are within, a circle where there are those woman who have a mark on their foreheads
