Its the 36th century, 3508 to be precise, and centuries ago, after letting pollution, climate shift, and other disasterous events occur, Earth's surface is no longer habitable without protective gear. Earth, now known as Terra, has become a irradiated, polluted desert world where those who still choose to live there inhabit domed cities while a few try to survive in the wastes by any means they can. When Terra became the wasteland it now is, a new, military government arose and took charge in the place of the fallen national governments of old. After crushing rogue warlords across the planet, it became the sole government of Terra. Setting their eyes on the stars, the world government began an imperialistic campaing of conquest.

Now, centuries later, the humaniocentric (sp?) Terran Imperium has conquered a good portion of the Milky Way Galaxy. All non-humans they've encountered were either enslaved or wiped out as best as their armed forces could manage. However, rogues like pirates, bounty hunters, mercenaries, and others still have managed to take root in places across Imperium space. There are also rumors of a rebellion having taken root somewhere.

I apologize for the WIP state things are in right now. Due to the customizable nature I built into RHR, things tend to go slower than if I just created everything myself and said this how things work, though it does allow for every member (RPer or not) to try to get their own input added to the RHR-verse.

Note: At this point, you will have to register to see anything beyond the rules section. At a later date, I may change this so guests can see but not post (helps prevent those annoying spam ad posts that always seem to pop up).
