But on the whole, the extra bits on the costumes look very tacked on. I think the only reason it works well for Sakura is that it's basically a different costume, where everybody else's are basically identical costumes with some new stuff on the outside.

My Uncle and my Cousin are both kind of like Rock Lee, in that they're both hard working, serious, and incredibly good at fighting (my uncle has a collection of replica, medieval weapons in his basement and he's somewhere between profficient and expert in all of them. He's also a black belt in three different martial arts).

I also have a friend who always makes me think of Sakura, in that she's mostly very kind. Also, I'm rather obsessed with her but she's not interested (So a mimic of NaruSaku as it existed canonically until recently)
