is it just copy pasta the url or do I need to use one of the link buttons in the UI?

Just copy/paste the link. No need to use link button. If you use link button it will always show just the link. never the video.

You can also use this code...

[youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZJhdTAl7uk[/youtube]

And will do the same thing. But you achieve the same result without adding this...

[youtube][/youtube]

It saves time from typing that code every time. Have in mind that this code should work on some other forums. Like AnimeSuki forums for an example. But iirc they did add yt button.

Here is an example if you post more then two videos per post...

As you can see here only the first two links show up full video. The others only show up as links.

On this forum. Just copy/paste the yt video link. Nothing more.

For video to load up like mine above, have in mind that it can load up to 2 videos only per post. The third will be shown as a normal link.
