No, I believe he meant Yuri Lowell's Voice Actor from Tales of Vesperia voicing Yamato in the game. You've mistaken Yuri Lowenthal for Yuri Lowell. But I gotta admit, those names are pretty similar, and it surprised Yuri Lowenthal upon learning the name of the character. Heh heh...
Anyways, I haven't play the game yet, so I'll try it out in a while. But I all that I can say is that this game... is so awesome in so many ways.
