I'm someone who does not post much on these forums. I got into Naruto during my deployment in Iraq and caught it during the beginning of shippuden. I'm not a big parring or big anime guy mostly DBZ and Full Metal Panic but I got into NaruSaku because it seemed OBVIOUS not out of any personal reasons but because reading the story it seemed predictable the way they complimented each others personality and the interaction.

Story wise I started to see the decline in the story after the pain arc, I think the author did not know the direction he wanted to take this story..I had issues with the whole scattered super long war arc, the lack of creativity Naruto only having different versions of his rasengan, his wind element never expanded upon. Naruto should've been the one to fight Kabuto in my opinion sage mode vs sage mode would've been interesting. the spamming of the Edo Tensai got annoying, the balance between  Villains was horrible Obito, Orochimaru Kaguya and Madara getting shafted in the end, the last 2 battles felt pointless to the story. the Sages tools I was thinking those would've been relevant, but no. losing there arm only to use the 1st DNA which everyone seems to have to grow Naruto a new one....I have so many other issues this manga was scattered and it seems like the author boxed himself in and didn't know how to make it happen....its sad because it had so much more potential to be great....I have also been seeing their is going to be a part 3 but written by someone else which could be a contributor to how crazy things ended.

im pretty disappointed seems like Karin just got written off completely, Sakura the student of the 5th Hokage reduced to a house maid with that get up was so disrespectful to what that character represented. anyways glad I can put this story behind me.
