Has it ever occured to you that maybe Madara has some kind of technique that allowed him to take over a person's body? Or maybe Pein taught him how to do it since he can. Keep in mind that if he is alive he would be over 100 years of age and he sure as hell doesn't look it.
Its possible...the body taking over. Im more on the theory it is Madara himself and even though he would be over 100 years of age and doesnt look a day over 30 in actuality...Neither did Kakuzu really and he was a good 100+ since he mentioned that he fought Shodai back in the day. There probably is some freaky mangekyou-ish body-no-decay-live-forever-no-jutsu thing going there. But thats just a theory.
