Have a quick question. Why does almost ever battle royale video game have Naruto patch/content? I had to skip a season of Fortnite because of that and now Pub-G has it? Is the Naruto franchise trying to make a comeback or something

theres also a live movie in the works. also people are nostalgic for older things like pokemon or fullmetal alchemist even if they tank in the end. could also be fueled by the sasuke anime being translated as well as the jiraiya original story being at least partly translated recently

personally i think the kaguya thing happened because masashi wanted to copy adventure of dai. sakura from what i remember knocks the same horn that dai knocks off (the right horn) and both have final villains that change because of black goo. i also think he had to bs his way into bringing naruto's dad back to match with dai's dad being present for the final battle

Does anyone remember where I can find the source to when kishimoto said he had no idea how to beat madara, as I want to prove it to some guy I'm debating

Id really have to deep dive to find it. I did find it like a year ago maybe but I cant remember if he said he doesnt know how to beat madara or if madara had no weakness

he basically just combined different things from the adventure of dai, yu yu hakusho, hunter x hunter, and ninkuu from what i can tell. naruto doesn't chase after the hokage title because his predecessor didn't care about that his predecessor cared about saving his friend and masashi just lifted a bunch of stuff in ninkuu (substitution jutsu, body flicker jutsu, rasengan, sakura chasing guys who aren't interested). of course being the top of the pack like the king of the pirates was probably also an element important to naruto but he probably didn't think it as important
adventure of dai probably inspired even other stuff for instance tanjiro cutting a boulder or the demon slayer mark that can resonate. some other possible things it inspired are rurouni kenshin and the sailor moon live show
