THIS.... it could just be hinting that someone does something to her forehead. Really what kinda of fanart would you find of somebody doing something to Sakura's forehead? there's a pic of Ino poking sakura's forehead and she's crying. though it's when they were kids, wouldn't that have been good too? o_o
 
Though with the song, maybe it really is Sasuke poking her forehead. It's just not in his character though...Sigh. Why couldn't it stay between Sasuke and Itachi. Well I was expecting some sort of closure, so this is good.  I just don't think he'll poke her forehead...
