Hi all. I'm new to this, so here's my take on the whole issue. The manga is at the stage of tying up all loose ends. You have to take into consideration that the whole war arc only spanned a period of 2 to 3 days Manga time. There's absolutely no way that sakura could magically resolve her personal issues in that time frame. I do agree that her not letting go of her childhood infatuation is stupid and immature, but what happened in this chapter needed to happen for her to move on (although her stubbornness with it does piss me off) . Moreover, the PLT is still relevant here and I believe that NS won't happen until Naruto succeeds in defeating Sasuke. So, there it is
