I can't understand the transition or what the point of 540 was, kicking NS in the balls like that if she ends up getting over Sasuke afterwords anyway. 

It shows that she would still want to be with Sasuke romantically but because he's an a**hole, she decides he's not an option and the only one left is Naruto. its like if there 3 medals: Gold (Sasuke), Silver (Naruto), and Bronze (Lee). With 540 it shows that she still considers Sasuke a gold metal but now we find out she has no romantic interest in him so the gold medal is thrown out the window and all we have left is silver and bronze. 

For me chapter 540 show Sakura's feelings changed toward sasuke it's not proved she still loves him as SS think

The feelings aren't like before (remember sasuke with his look and flames is indicating negative thing )
