It's not even the arm that turns him on, it's Hinata's white skin. Apparently Japanese people have this soft spot for woman's white skin, I read something like that in Memoirs of a Geisha.It's just badly written PG13 smut where Naruto gets turned on by seeing Hinata's arm... yeah her arm... not side boob or leg or thigh her damn arm.
Only think worse then smut is badly written smut.Whoever wrote it should have at least read some old detective stories. If your going to write something like that at least do it correctly.
