#479562 The NEW NaruSaku Debate Thread

Posted by Lalufuffy on 01 July 2013 - 08:15 AM

I most likely see sasusaku dying in the next volume to be honest. It's the fact that anything that is there is that sakura loves sasuke. That's all they have had from pre shippuden up to now. Even when sasuke is back there is still negative development towards this couple. I think kishi is now going to fully try and end SasuSaku, I don't see that continuing much further. As for narusaku, I see it being confirmed at the end of the war by kishi. I don't see why he would stretch it out much longer. The next volume we should most likely by the end of it get to naruto vs sasuke fight hopefully. Interesting to see what would happen there.

I totally agree with you. The negative SS development is really obvious. A lot of people keep saying that Sakura's fake and forced smile only shows her mistrust towards Sasuke. Yes, she's also doubting Sasuke,

but it's rather an expression of conflict and emotional pain.

I also think that the Naruto vs Sasuke fight is gonna come soon, there are actually three panels

foreshadowing that:

chapter 488, page 14, panel 1 showing Naruto's serious expression and grey face

chapter 634, page 19, panel 2 showing Sasuke's sinister expression and shaded face

chapter 635, page 17, panel 1 showing Sasuke's sinister expression and parts of the face are shaded, even the Sharingan, which is centered and emphasized.

Furthermore, Sakura's fake smile could also be a foreshadowing. No matter how you see it, there's something tragic being hinted towards.

Also, a lot of people in neutral forums say that Sakura would trust Sasuke, if she knew the truth about him.

I'll just copy what I wrote in another forum:

The truth about Sasuke includes the fact that Sasuke actually decided to go against Konohagakure

of his own accordObito didn't use any Genjutsu on him.

Furthermore, Obito offered Sasuke one of the Bijus. Sasuke didn't even know if that Biju would be any good since he didn't have any techniques to use it efficiently, but he accepted the offer right away. Obito did not say 'I've manipulated Sasuke' to Kisame. In chapter 404 (page 17, panel 5) he says:

'I've won Sasuke over'

So if anything, Sakura would be shocked if she knew about all the decisions Sasuke has made so far.

#477726 Naruto Predictions!

Posted by Lalufuffy on 20 June 2013 - 09:56 AM

From Dragonball wikia, about Vegeta:

'It was not until the Babidi Saga that he gave in to his obsession of overtaking Goku in might, becoming a Majin and 'evil' once more.'

That's an obvious parallel between Vegeta and Sasuke.
My prediction: Madara will take advantage of Sasuke's hatred and control him through another strong Genjutsu.
Babidi's mind control reference?
From the Dragonball wikia article about Babidi's mind control : 'The attack seems to work on anyone with
a single evil characteristic. Even those who are relatively neutral [...] are vulnerable.'
As for Madara, he's the one who knows everything about the Sharingan. Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if Obito had kinda manipulated Itachi's eyes before reimplanting them into Sasuke. I highly doubt Obito was expecting Sasuke to just take his orders and fight for the Moon's-Eye-Plan.
Nevertheless, he was quite sure that Naruto and Sasuke would end up fighting each other in the final battle.

The scenario I mentioned could also explain why Naruto can't sense Sasuke's malice right now.
Moreover, why did Obito leave the battlefield? And why is Madara still so laid-back?
Moreover, Sakura's smile could be a foreshadowing of the Naruto VS Sasuke. There's also the foreshadowing
in 634 (Sasuke's expression) and another one in 488 (page 14, panel 1 with Naruto's grey face and serious expression).
Also, Shikamaru seems to have noticed that something is going on.
The most important question: Is there actually an enemy (Sasuke) who's infiltrated the SA?
Have Madara and Obito managed to trick Naruto's ability to sense malice?
We know that Kisame did have that information. When Zetsu got the message he said to Obito:
'Things are going our way'. (chapter 511, page 16, panel 2)

My theory could also explain why the final battle has been so 'boring' until now and why
not a single Kage has died.
The final battle in Naruto is the typical one:
evil faction seems to be stronger -> good faction gets the upper hand -> bad faction reveals its true power ->
good faction miraculously defeats the evil one
The third phase should come pretty soon. Usually, shocking revelations and the most exciting moments are delayed until all the important characters are present. The Hokages and Oro have yet to reach the battlefield.

PS: Another important point, the Naruto VS Sasuke is bound to happen, but Kishi can't
make Sasuke go evil on his own again. A lot of people thought that their fight would happen
after the war. But most readers want to see them go all-out.
Naruto vs good Sasuke = no going all-out, that's for sure.

#476755 Hinata

What do you think about SasuHina? IMO it's not a crack pairing. She's one of the four character (Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Hinata), after all. I found this recently

I don't know if it has been posted before. Anyway, the more Hyuga and Uchiha parallels the better for NS lol.

Sasuke's redemption will be more believable if he ends up with Hinata, the pure and once so shy girl. And he never hurt her feelings or tried to kill her.
