GUYS GUYS GUYS! I just got hold of the plot-summary for The Last: Naruto Movie, guys! Here it is (I'll spoiler-tag it, though!)

SUPER SECRET PLOT INFO

-After the war, Konoha decides out of no where to heavily industrialise their city, albeit keeping part of the village traditionally-built because reasons. This goes on for the whole hour or so of the film. With this, the ninjas also gain access to great technology, again in only an hour.
-A secret princess from a secret kingdom that has never before been mentioned in this series and never will again appears, pleading for help. She explains she's going to be secretly kidnapped by a secret villain who also wants to secretly destroy the world of ninjas with the not-so-secret Moon. The Moon and the princess are completely unrelated; the guy's just a pervert as well as a megalomaniac.
-The village agrees to help her, because why not; not as if they're building a huge industrial society in the span of an hour or needing to clean up after some kind of huge war or something.
-Everyone realises that Hinata looks like the princess, most likely because of inbreeding (quite popular in blood-line clans), so they decide to switch the two.
-Hinata gives Naruto a scarf she knitted from red yarn. He accepts it because obviously when you're fighting someone in close combat like ninjas, you'll definitely want something to be tied around your neck so someone might grab it and choke you.
-Hinata gets kidnapped because she sucks at fighting or is just generally as useful as a second coat of paint. THIS IS THE PLOT TWIST OF THE MOVIE.
-Naruto goes into bad-ass mode for no reason; he usually would go this way for anyone (literally anyone; he did this for a princess/priestess a few movies back as well as probably for some other background characters, so why not Hinata?). Kishimoto and the writing staff intervene to make this more him developing romantic feelings for her. Why? Here, I'll explain in this very senten-
-EXPLANATION OVER. Naruto defeats the evil ninja by probably killing him or not killing him and he just ending up dead over his own hubris. Pick your choice, it's going to probably suck.
-Hinata gets the courage from Sakura to declare her love for Naruto, not noticing strange bruises on her wrists or other parts of her body. When she asks how Sasuke's doing, she pretty much goes quiet.
-Hinata and Naruto get together, and at this point barf-bags will be handed out to the audience; for the DVD sales, barf-bags will be pre-folded into the DVD case for the home-audience's single-use ("No one's going to watch this stinker more than once anyways.", in a margin-note from Masashi Kishimoto)
-The movie ends, explaining nothing correctly with the concurrent canon and basically shafting 15 years of manga-writing, pissing off countless people and probably dooming a franchise.

-PROFIT.
