The only NS-related moments I can see during this war are some long-distance mental/emotional connection... Naruto has to go kick Madara's ass; as for Sakura - well, she has plenty of work at the medical tents. So I guess we'll see the reunion scene at the end of the war/before Naruto vs. Sasuke fight.
