I want to see Naruto and Sakura fighting side by side x3 They will be a dangerous combination, as opposed to Naruto and Hinata fighting together. Hinatas weak physically and emotionally, in my opinion.
Also I want to see that OVA scene become a Naruto manga chapter/ anime episode.

If Kishi does bring this us again (and the parallel with Kushina's hair being made fun of makes me think that it will), then I'm sure that her finding out it was actually Naruto could be a big moment for her.

When you mention how far away the medic tent is from the battlefield, Hinata is closer to Naruto than where Sakura is. Sorta scares me a little :'( I really hope Hinata won't interfere again, for God's sake!! She'll just end up being a burden. And I'm sure Sakura really loves Naruto but can't get over Sasuke still. That's the sad part that keeps her away from honesty.
Also I always wanted this kind of NS moment... It's pretty realistic and might happen soon: Naruto and Sakura fight side by side!! Imagine how dangerous they would be *3*
