Sakura's confidence issues....

rofl.

OMG! That's used as an argument? That's what Yamato was supposed to have said?

Who came up with that?!
OTP NaruSaku
Crack Pairings KakaSaku, SaiSaku
Respected/Possible Canon Pairing SasuSaku
Cannot Stand NaruHina (at least not the fandom, anyway), NaruTsu, NaruSaku'sMom (Ew.), Naru/Anyone'sMomOrGrandma, SakuJir, SakuIta, SakuVillainThat'sNotKabuto

I generally tend not to really like pure romance or WAFF because they are usually badly written. I like a good old dramedy with a nice side of romance. Give me plot, character development anyday over the regular stuff.

Its a running theory since the chapter happened. It has only minor validation due to the nature of Sakuras comments preceding it which were confidence related. IE all I can ever do for naruto are small and insignifigant.

But it fails as an argument because as allways it involves selective reading. It ignores entirely Yamatos its not a matter of big or small, its how you feel for him that follows it.

It focuses solely on the I can tell just by looking at you, you... that follows and chews on it like a pitbull with lockjaw.

The context of the statement and scene is a statement of Sakuras feelings and follows in this context alone.

Also it comes with an added bit of hypocrisy in that they say that Yamato has enough observation skills to know that Sakura has confidence issues, and yet he doesnt and cant possibly know about the team 7 dynamic enough to comment on Sakuras feelings.

Uh-huh... If Sakura had confidence problems then she would be the one stuttering all the time and not Hinata, if she had confidence problems she wouldn't have the will she has and work hard as she does to catch up with Naruto and Sasuke, and if she had problems with her confidence then mabe she wouldn't be so damn strong like she is, but confidence ISN"T something Sakura lacks, so that's like whinig over a cup of spilled milk, you won't get ANYWHERE in life talking nonesence. sleep.gif
