The Feed has been keeping a watchful eye on this story, so I had heard about this in development stages. XD

I burst out laughing when I read that and saw your name XD

Well, I figure it only makes sense since they were in legal trouble and had to pay off the bills. The owners had to jump ship. However, I don't see it doing anything major to internet piracy since their will always be other torrent sites and another one will eventually pop up.

I use IRC and DDL for recently released stuff, and mininova and isohunt are good for older things. Demnoid and What.cd are great private trackers, but they are invite only. What.cd is probably the hardest private tracker to get into.

To be honest, I'm kind of glad. Torrenting is a great way to get files, sure. But TPB wasn't about torrents or sharing, they were about direct piracy. With how much they flaunted being above the law, I'm surprised it took this long for their ship to sink.

Ah this matters more to me than the other "sweet prince". Just another example of the man trying to stamp out free information (which I believe includes entertainment.).

Down with capitalism!!!
