Kayako is from Ju-on: The Grudge (Or in English version The Grudge). There are 3 parts!
This movie is definitely for you to watch it all alone in the middle of night!

And scream like crazy so you can do something about it? 
I watched The Grudge (more because my friend watched it and I was there so I had nothing to watch), and I screamed when the child appeared and we watched that in the sunny daytime. I won't that happen again,
