Although I say this it's kind of hard to do, especially after starting Fairy Tale lol.
So my question is, who else is distancing themselves from the shipping world?

Couldn't if I wanted to. lol It's closely associated to family feels, if not part of family feels along with siblings and parent/offspring fluff, and I live for family feels.

I've actually been trying to distant myself from shipping as a whole, although that went out of the window when I joined.

Actually I tried. But it was no use when I read Fairy Tail and Tokyo ghoul. There's still some manga's where I try not to ship anything, so I just could enjoy the story and characters.

Out of likesthere are plenty of better ships that are more fleshed out than ns, not to mention those ships have a better plot backing it. so no, just because ns didn't happen doesn't mean i'll give up shipping.
Is Luna one of them?

I'll probable never ship the way I did when I first entered the fandom, but the ending has little to do with that.

Most pairings I ship don't make it in the end Im used to it so no probably wont stop shipping.

Nope!!! I still have an attachment to all the ships I sailed, going all the way back to Zach/Kelly from Saved by the bell? maybe even further with My Wonderfful life with Winnie and um...Kevin?

Nope. I know that the ending is "canon", but that doesn't matter to me. NS would've happened if it weren't for the sellout, and the characters would still be themselves. So, that shouldn't change anything. Narusaku is a neverending cruise hahaha!

Me! Me! Me!
I used to like couple who apparently is obvious enough from the start. But then there's InuYasha and I shipped InuYasha and Kikyo so much. They didn't get together in the end. I still don't like how InuYasha be with Kagome (because I can't see how couple from past and present time can be together) but I accept it. Since that I don't really ship anymore. Then there's NS. NS is another ship that I like that for me is quite clear from the start. I ship NS has its own history
You know the ending. It's very disappointing. Hinata manga Naruto manga reminds me to distant myself from shipping. In the future, I hope I don't really become shipper, shipping every couple.

Hey guys, NaruSaku was the very first ship that I ever really supported and became very attached to. I usually don't get into this sort of thing. I knew once I allowed myself to get caught in this that there would be a chance I might end up disappointed and as time went by and when I came to H&E, I became even more attached. Which made the ending that much harder to enjoy. So I vowed to never go through this again which is why I will never invest in shipping characters together. Hopefully NS will be my last otp.
Although I say this it's kind of hard to do, especially after starting Fairy Tale lol.

Pretty much impossible when you watch series/anime and read manga/books
Ships are everywhere, unconciously you will begin to wish for more interaction between two characters and then BAM you're done
Shipping is good tho, the bad thing are the pairing wars and the abysmal level of inteligence of some shippers "trolls", they can make a fandom suck so much
